Weddings

It is such a great time in your life when you start the planning of a wedding. Often I am asked by couples, “where do I start”. Whether it is a casual or a formal ceremony, I write and put together a ceremony that is based around your ideas and desires and it will be different.

The actual wedding is a very special and personal day and it is my role to ensure that your ceremony is the best that it can be, therefore I depend on your input and your story of how you arrived at this point in your lives.

I am in the fortunate position to be able to supply sufficient information to help you in making your ceremony what you would like it to be.

Information such as:

  • Various introduction styles.
  • Numerous vows and ideas.
  • Giving away of the bride, exchanging of rings, the asking.
  • Ideas for music, I also include downloading of songs that maybe used during the ceremony.
  • There are pages of poems and readings relevant to love and marriage.

During our initial meeting I will show you all of the available information. I do not charge for the initial meeting as I feel that it is important for us to meet and that way you will be in a better position to determine who your celebrant will be. I am available at times that suit both yourselves and myself so please feel free to get back to me with times and days that are most suitable.

I guess that one of the most asked questions is “How much does the ceremony cost?” The actual service fee for a fully personalised ceremony is tailored to suit the couple, and includes everything mentioned above as well as, any downloaded music, the rehearsal which is generally best held at the proposed venue, and my own wireless PA system. The legal work is also included along with all of our meetings.

In order to provide you with more information the next step should be to meet therefore if you could let me know your location as well as suitable dates and times then I can lock something in. I visit my clients in most of the Eastern and Southern suburbs of Melbourne and obviously this is a no obligation meeting.
